Social Media & Content Specialist (Professional Services / Corporate Environment)

Sydney Based | Hybrid work Model

Working within a corporate, professional services setting, you'll manage and grow the firm's social media channels across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube through considered, audience-led content.

Content here is less about high-volume eCommerce output and more about creating purposeful, platform-specific content that builds trust, engagement and brand presence.

This role combines social media management with hands-on content creation. While strong creative capability is essential, you'll also enjoy owning social channels, engaging with the community and helping shape content that performs.

You'll be:

- Managing and growing social media channels across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Planning, shooting and editing video content
- Creating content across multiple formats (video, graphics and posts)
- Managing comments, messages and community engagement




- Using performance insights to shape future content
- Working closely with the wider team to deliver campaigns and key messaging

What we're looking for:

- Strong examples of social-first content, particularly short-form video
- A clear understanding of how content differs across platforms (not reposting the same content across channels)
- Hands-on experience planning, shooting and editing content
- Confidence both behind and in front of the camera
- Experience managing social media channels across multiple platforms
- Ability to take an idea from concept through to execution
- Experience managing comments, messages and community engagement
- An eye for what performs, with the ability to adapt content based on engagement and insights
- Experience working within structured brand guidelines and messaging frameworks
