Programmed and PERSOL is seeking a Team Leader for the grounds maintenance team in Ballarat. You will oversee onsite delivery on the Federation University contract, coordinating planning, scheduling and supervision of staff and contractors to achieve on-time, quality outcomes while prioritising safety and cost control.

The role requires leadership experience in horticulture, a solid understanding of quality and HSE standards, and a commitment to delivering excellent service to our customers.
