CSR Springboard is seeking a reliable Production Operator for our CEMINTEL site in Wetherill Park. This full-time role offers a 4 days on / 4 days off, 12-hour shifts and explicit opportunities for career progression in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You will operate fixed and mobile plant equipment, conduct quality checks, troubleshoot faults and support continuous improvement while maintaining high safety standards.
