We're searching for an energetic, friendly and motivated Sales & Administration Consultant who loves working with customers and is confident using technology to create quotes, process orders and keep everything running smoothly.

About the Role

This is primarily a sales position, with administration playing an important supporting role.

You'll spend your day assisting customers in our showroom, answering enquiries, recommending the right healthcare equipment and providing exceptional customer service.

You'll also use our computer systems to prepare quotations, process customer orders, liaise with suppliers and ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience from enquiry through to delivery.

No two days are ever the same.

Your Responsibilities

- Welcome customers into our showroom and provide exceptional service
- Learn our extensive range of healthcare products and become a trusted product expert
- Recommend solutions that genuinely improve people's independence and quality of life
- Prepare quotations accurately and efficiently
- Process customer orders and rentals
- Coordinate deliveries and follow up customer enquiries
- Answer telephone and email enquiries professionally
- Work closely with Occupational Therapists,



healthcare providers and private clients
- Maintain accurate records using our computer systems
- Assist with merchandising and maintaining a professional showroom presentation
- Work as part of a supportive, close-knit team

About You

We're more interested in attitude than industry experience.

You'll ideally have:

- A passion for helping people
- Previous retail or customer service sales experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong computer and IT skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and stay organised
- A positive, energetic and professional attitude
- A willingness to continually learn about new products

Healthcare experience is welcomed but not essential. We provide comprehensive product training.
