Cruiseabout Brighton VIC is seeking a Team Leader to drive cruise bookings and lead a busy sales-focused team. This full-time role requires managing quotes, bookings and invoicing while ensuring KPI targets are met and customer enquiries are handled promptly.
You will lead with a focus on upselling, cross-selling, and maintaining accurate product information to maximise sales. Solid GDS experience and two years in travel retail are preferred.
