Novotel Sydney West HQ is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join the Reservations team. You will report to the Reservations and Revenue Manager and support day-to-day operations of the Reservations Department, ensuring efficient reservation processes and solid guest service.
You will supervise agents, manage channels, and optimise room inventory to maximise occupancy and revenue while maintaining Accor standards and service levels.
