Hunter Current England Local Health District is seeking an experienced Renal Supportive Care Clinical Nurse Consultant to support people living with advanced kidney disease. Based at Tamworth Hospital, you will provide specialist renal care through home visits, hospital consultations and partnerships with community and palliative services.

You will bring advanced nephrology/palliative care expertise, strong communication and leadership, and a commitment to person-centred, evidence-based care.
