Tender Loving Care Disability Services in Preston VIC is seeking Female Support Workers to join our Home Care team serving the North and Western Suburbs. You will assist participants with daily living, in-home support, and community access with professionalism and empathy.

NDIS experience is valued but not essential. Qualifications in Disability or Mental Health are highly regarded, and the role involves PEG feeding and monitoring with a focus on person-centred care.
