Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT is seeking a reliable Home Care Employee for a permanent part time role, delivering person-centred care in clients' homes across NSW & ACT. The position requires travel to clients, with a minimum of 30 hours per fortnight and a commitment to at least three weekdays (Mon-Wed) with weekend availability.

Responsibilities include meal assistance, transport, social activities, personal care, light housekeeping and medication support.
