MECCA is seeking a Category Education Lead – Fragrance & Hair to design and deliver engaging education across hair and fragrance categories, using digital, virtual and face-to-face formats to inspire store teams.
You will partner with the Category Education Manager, Learning Design and brand partners to identify capability gaps and deliver commercially considered training that strengthens specialist capability and enhances customer experiences.
