Ahrens in Caringbah, NSW is seeking an experienced Fitout Estimator to lead estimating and tendering of retail, commercial and industrial fit-out and refurbishment projects valued up to $10 million, playing a key role in securing and delivering quality projects.
You will review project scope, prepare Bills of Quantities and cost plans, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and help develop competitive tender submissions with the management team.
