Summertime Pools is growing and seeking a proactive HR Officer to join the People & Culture team in a permanent, in office role in Dandenong South. You will provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle and partner with managers across multiple entities.
You’ll work alongside the current HR Officer during a handover and ensure smooth recruitment, onboarding, payroll liaison, and policy administration as the team expands with the business.
