Cosmetic Nurse Injector | Artistry, skin and a clinic that backs you

Aesthetics Wellness is a nurse-led premium clinic in Ainslie, and we're looking for a talented Cosmetic Nurse Injector to join our small, close-knit team. We're genuinely open to experienced injectors and to Registered Nurses who are new to aesthetics but bring an exceptional personality and genuine passion for the industry. About us

We're a boutique, nurse-led clinic founded by Registered Nurses Aileen and Rachel, with over 20 years of combined experience in the aesthetic and medical industries. We were Canberra Local Business Awards finalists in both 2024 and 2025, and we're proud of a philosophy that's holistic and client-led: prevention, maintenance, and long-term relationships over quick fixes. Our clients feel that difference the moment they walk up the stairs, and as an injector, you'll be a big part of why.

The role

This is a part-time role of 22.5 hours per week, including Saturdays, with a real pathway to full time as our client base grows. You'll be:

- Delivering expert cosmetic injectable treatments with a natural, results-driven approach

- Working alongside skin and aesthetic services to give clients complete, long-term care plans

- Owning your treatment outcomes and building the kind of client relationships that last for years

- Contributing to a warm, collaborative team culture where your input genuinely matters

Who you are

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

- At least 1 year of hospital / clinical nursing experience

- Minimum 12 months' experience as a cosmetic injector - or, if you're newer to the industry, an exceptional personality and genuine passion for aesthetics, plus a real willingness to invest in the training to get you there

- A strong aesthetic eye, a steady hand, and a natural, less-is-more philosophy

- Warmth, polish and genuine care - our clients trust us, and you'll protect that
