Build a career where you can make a real difference

Established in 2012, Bright FACES is an award-winning paediatric clinic that has proudly supported children and families across Melbourne’s west for over 14 years.

We specialise in assessment and therapy for neurodiverse children, including those with Autism, ADHD and other developmental differences. Our experienced multidisciplinary team is committed to delivering exceptional care while creating a workplace where clinicians feel supported, valued and empowered to grow.

We have spent the past 14 years intentionally building a workplace where clinicians are supported to thrive, because we believe that when our team flourishes, so do the children and families we support.

Whether you are about to graduate or already have several years of experience, we would love to hear from you.

Why Bright FACES?

At Bright FACES, we believe exceptional therapy begins with exceptional clinicians.

We have intentionally created a workplace where you can focus on delivering quality therapy while being supported to grow professionally and maintain a healthy work life balance.

You will join an experienced multidisciplinary team that values collaboration, integrity, kindness and continuous learning. Your ideas are welcomed, your professional interests are encouraged, and your wellbeing genuinely matters.

- Base starting salary of $83,000 to $110,000, based on experience
- 12% employer superannuation
- Up to 10 weeks of paid leave each year, including three two week breaks during school holidays and four weeks over the Christmas and summer period
- Monday to Friday only, with no weekend work
- Dedicated administration support

Our experienced administration team manages appointment scheduling, rescheduling and billing.

They also coordinate clinician diaries to ensure protected time is allocated for report writing, case notes, meetings and other non clinical responsibilities.

- Supervision and mentoring built into your schedule
- Paid non billable supervision
- Professional development funding
- Structured mentoring for new graduates and early career clinicians
- Career progression opportunities aligned with your interests

We intentionally protect time for supervision and mentoring in every clinician’s diary, with the frequency tailored to your experience and individual support needs. We believe that investing in our clinicians is fundamental to providing exceptional outcomes for children and families.

What your week could look like

Your week will be varied, rewarding and well supported. You can expect to:

- Deliver evidence informed assessment and therapy to neurodiverse children
