Mungabareena Aboriginal Corporation (MAC) is seeking an Aboriginal Child & Youth Wellbeing Worker to support Aboriginal children and young people entering care with culturally protected health navigation, advocacy and service coordination.
Reporting to the Specialist Support Senior Team Leader, you will develop Pathways to Good Health plans, coordinate access to assessments, strengthen connections to culture and family, and work with carers, health providers and ACCOs.
