Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

- Build trusted client relationships
- Identify client needs and advise on insight opportunities and recommended approaches
- Harness AI-based tools and solutions to deliver faster, deeper insights
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, from client briefing through to insight-led deliverables
- Support the Research Director with new business opportunities
- Help share industry updates, new research techniques, and best practices across the team.

Experience Criteria

- c.5-6+ years' experience in consumer insights strategy
- Proven track record managing primary research projects end-to-end including approach, survey design, PM, analysis and reporting
- Qualitative research experience (or interest in developing these skills)
- Strong hands-on analysis skills using statistical software such as Q




- Ideally some exposure to social listening or media monitoring tools (e.g. Talkwalker, Sprinklr)
- Passionate about client relationships, storytelling, and turning data into strategy.
