Tractor Sales Representative – Southern Highlands & Southern Tablelands NSW

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Tractor Sales Representative to manage an established territory throughout the Southern Highlands and Southern Tablelands of Recent South Wales. This is an outstanding opportunity to represent a respected dealership selling an extensive range of premium tractors and agricultural machinery from 100HP to 250HP, along with complementary implements and equipment.

About the Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers across the region. You'll work closely with farmers, contractors, and rural businesses, providing expert advice and tailored machinery solutions that improve productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and grow sales throughout the Southern Highlands and Southern Tablelands.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across the territory.
- Conduct on-farm demonstrations and product presentations.




- Promote tractors ranging from 100HP to 250HP, along with agricultural implements and equipment.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate sales, and manage the sales process from enquiry through to delivery.
- Attend field days, agricultural events, and customer demonstrations.
- Work closely with the parts and service departments to ensure outstanding customer support.

About You

- Previous experience selling agricultural, construction, or capital equipment.
- Strong knowledge of tractors and farming operations would be highly regarded.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently across a regional territory.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially driven with strong negotiation abilities.
