Holstep Health is seeking a Senior Registration Officer to support the Carer Gateway Intake and Registration function in Victoria. You will lead Carer Response Officers, coordinate rosters, manage escalations and ensure timely responses to carers while delivering high-quality service.
You will also contribute to policy development, provide coaching, and participate in after-hours coverage to maintain service continuity for carers and their families.
