We are currently looking for a motivated 1st Year Sheet Metal Apprentice to join our growing workshop team based in Prestons NSW.
This is a fantastic opportunity to start a hands‑on career in the HVAC and sheet metal industry with full training provided in a supportive workshop environment.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday 6:30am – 3:00pm
- Some Saturdays available (frequent-ish overtime opportunities)
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture HVAC ductwork and sheet metal components from drawings and specifications
- Operate sheet metal machinery including guillotines, folders, rollers, notchers, presses,
and plasma/CNC equipment
- Assemble rectangular and spiral ductwork systems
- Measure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal materials
- Install flanges, stiffeners, dampers, and duct accessories
- Ensure all fabricated ductwork meets quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures
- Assist with loading, unloading, and material preparation
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members
- Complete work within production schedules
