Harcourts in Birkdale is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our supportive, energetic team. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, offering the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio with strong guidance from an established office.
You will maintain landlord and tenant relationships, conduct routine inspections, handle rent reviews and lease renewals, and ensure high standards of service, communication, and professional presentation across your portfolio.
