Job Tasks and Responsibilities

- Preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, courts and insurers
- Answering & making calls
- Arranging meetings and conferences
- Calendar management
- General administrative duties to support our legal team across the board

Skills and Experience

Please note: This position is not suitable for law students or law graduates

To be considered for this position, you will have previous experience in a support role, preferably in a law firm. In addition, you will possess the following qualities and experience:

- Strong time management, problem solving, and organisational skills
- Professional and confident written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and personable attitude
- The ability to take initiative and work in a rapid-paced setting
- Strong MS Office and computer skills
- Familiarity with diary and email management
- The confidence to work autonomously and as a team player
- Ability to multi-task




- Experience in Personal Injury Law is preferable
