Ornata is seeking a Commercial Lead to take the company from founder-led sales to a structured, repeatable, scalable commercial function. This is a senior, company-building role with the potential to grow into a CCO position as Ornata scales.
You will own the pipeline, shape pricing, packaging, and commercial terms, and lead relationships with private farmers, large corporate farms, dealers, and strategic partners.
