Who is Wolfchester?

Wolfchester is a proudly Australian, family-owned company — around 40 people, zero corporate politics. We supply high-quality consumables and tools to automotive workshops and dealerships, truck and bus workshops, engineering and fabrication, manufacturing, agriculture and more.

What makes this role exciting?

- Blank canvas — you're marketer #1. You'll shape strategy and execution from the ground up, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
- Real ingredients, ready to cook — you'll inherit an established brand, a working e-commerce store, active Google Ads, and a sales team of 18+ on the road. The pieces are there; we need someone to run the kitchen.
- You make the calls — own the weekly marketing numbers and act on them: ad spend shifts, campaign kills, pricing tests. No committees, no layers of sign-off.
- Variety — e-commerce, digital campaigns, social, trade events, and sales support all sit under your remit.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and grow our e-commerce channel (wolfchester.com.au) — SEO, paid search, shopping feeds, email and conversion
- Develop and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Manage our online presence, including website and social media
- Support the sales team with promotional materials, displays and collateral




- Plan and coordinate trade events and industry promotions
- Maintain brand consistency across all communications
- Report on marketing performance weekly and make the calls — with the Managing Director's backing

Qualifications and Experience

- A degree in Marketing, Communications or Business (or equivalent experience that proves the same)
- 5+ years of marketing experience — or a hungry 3–4 year operator who can prove real impact
- B2B and/or e-commerce exposure strongly preferred
- Proven, measurable campaign results (you'll be asked about them)
- Confidence with digital platforms, analytics and content creation
- Design literacy — this isn't a design role, but you'll brief and manage creative work
- Strong written and verbal communication
- A self-starter who thrives hands‑on — you'll be doing, not just delegating
