The practice acts for hospitals, clinics, medical practitioners, allied health professionals and other healthcare providers across a broad range of claims, disciplinary proceedings, litigated matters and coronial inquests. You’ll have the autonomy to run your own files while having experienced senior lawyers available whenever you need strategic input or guidance.

The Melbourne team has a strong senior presence, with experienced practitioners across health law, professional indemnity and financial lines who regularly collaborate on matters. This creates plenty of opportunity to broaden your technical exposure while working alongside lawyers with different areas of expertise.

This role will suit a Lawyer or Associate with around 3-6 years’ PAE and experience in Health Law and Med Neg.
