This is a great opportunity for an Associate Health & Medical Negligence Lawyer to join one of Australia's leading Insurance & Health practices, working across a broad range of health law matters while benefiting from the support of two experienced Principals who are genuinely invested in mentoring their team.
The practice acts for hospitals, clinics, medical practitioners, allied health professionals and other healthcare providers across a broad range of claims, disciplinary proceedings, litigated matters and coronial inquests. You'll have the autonomy to run your own files while having experienced senior lawyers available whenever you need strategic input or guidance.
The Melbourne team has a robust senior presence, with experienced practitioners across health law, professional indemnity and financial lines who regularly collaborate on matters.
This creates plenty of opportunity to broaden your technical exposure while working alongside lawyers with different areas of expertise.
This role will suit a Lawyer or Associate with around 3–6 years' PAE and experience in Health Law and Med Neg. We're looking for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, achieving excellent outcomes for clients, and taking a practical, commercial approach to solving problems.
