What you'll contribute to:
We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Technical Services team.
This role is ideal for a highly capable IT generalist with a strong AWS/cloud mindset, who enjoys working across infrastructure, architecture, operations, and continuous improvement.
You’ll play a key role in designing, supporting, and evolving our hybrid cloud environments, while also providing support across operational excellence and technical direction.
This is a permanent full-time position based at our Sydney Olympic Park office ,
open only to Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents .

Cloud & Architecture Leadership
- Lead design and implementation of AWS-based cloud infrastructure
- Drive architecture decisions across cloud and on-prem environments
- Contribute to DR, BCP, and high-availability architectures
- Improve scalability, reliability, and security of systems
Infrastructure & Operations
- Provide Level 3 support across cloud and internal environments
- Manage hybrid infrastructure including:
- AWS (core focus), with some Azure exposure
- Windows & Linux systems
- Networking (VPNs, firewalls, routing, DNS, DHCP)
- Administer databases and application servers
- Own backup, monitoring, and incident management processes
Technical Leadership & Governance
- Mentor junior team members and support capability growth
- Oversee production changes and infrastructure releases
