Natashas Skin Spa invites therapists to apply for a role in our well‑established clinic on Southbank.

We offer treatments to create real skin wellness, featuring custom skincare by Dermaviduals & layered technologies in a sophisticated space.

Our therapists are skilled, kind and valued and they tend to stay with us for many years.

Located close to major train stations in the heart of Southbank, a few minutes walk from Melbourne CBD, our space features everything to make your work life calm and successful.

We pay for:

Your role will be:

- Preparing the clinic for daily opening
- Planning appointments & reviewing notes
- Preparing treatment suites
- Skin consultations & recommendations
- Performing treatments to a high standard
- Following up after appointments
- Following health department guidelines
- Recommending skincare & treatments

You will need:

- Certificate 4 in Beauty or Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Bachelor of Health Science in Dermal Therapy
- Strong spoken and written English
- Working Rights in Australia
- Immaculate personal presentation, with polished, classic look
- Punctual & dedicated to your personal health

This role is taking over Natashas personal, established clientele as she retires from treatment and becomes a mother. This means you will have a client list ready to go and be easily able to grow. Depending how long you need to be trained for, you will have 2‑6 weeks alongside Natasha being personally inducted and trained, plus the support of our senior therapist‑manager ongoing. It's a dream client‑list in a beautiful space, where it's easy to succeed and thrive. We're looking for someone with a really secure life, reliable, responsible and chill personality who can give people what they need while sharing a real passion for skin wellness & self esteem.

We do a lot of retail, and higher‑than‑average dollars per hour, but it's a result of beautiful treatment & caring vibes.
