Indie Education is seeking a dedicated Welfare Manager to lead our Bendigo/Ballarat welfare program on a permanent full time basis. The role focuses on student wellbeing, safety, and academic success, with oversight of welfare staff and compliance across Australian jurisdictions.
You will recruit, train, and support welfare staff, analyse data for trends, and collaborate with management to drive continuous improvement in welfare services. Travel to different sites is required as part of the role.
