About the role:

We are a looking for an experienced and invigorated Store Manager to take lead in a new luxury boutique in Brisbane. To be successful, you will use your skills to positively manage, develop, inspire and coach the team to deliver expert levels of service and drive outstanding store sales.

You will be rewarded with a generous bonus scheme because of your accomplishment in surpassing business targets and KPIs.

You will be fully trained beforehand (so you must be available to travel during your training period) as well as assist with the hiring process of a newly formed team and assist with the store opening.

Skills required:

- At least 2 years at a retail management level
- Proactivity with networking, business develpment and special events




- Inspiring your team to achievement KPIs and store targets using your strong business acumen
- Exposure within luxury retail sales
- Capacity to successfully drive sales and profitability
- Manage and encourage team performances
- Willingness and experience in instilling a fabulous culture
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills that go above expectations
- Experience in timepieces is not essential, more importantly is an interest in the industry, relationship building expertise and a willingness to learn
