We re partnering with one of Australia s most recognised national businesses to recruit a Credit Claims Officer to join a high-performing Supply Chain & Logistics team. What You'll Be Doing:

- Investigating and resolving credit claims from initial review through to final outcome
- Analysing invoices, proof of delivery, supplier documentation and freight information to determine claim validity.
- Liaising with suppliers, transport providers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and recover costs where applicable.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with internal financial controls.
- Identifying recurring issues and contributing to process improvements.




- Building strong relationships across multiple business functions.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience in credit, claims, accounts administration, accounts receivable or a similar analytical administration role.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and investigate issues thoroughly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, invoicing or reconciliations.
- Someone who enjoys working with systems, processes and data.
- Professional, positive and collaborative with a genuine desire to learn and grow.

What's On Offer:

- Hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
- Modern Rhodes office location.
- 38-hour week with versatile 8:00am or 8:30am start.
- $37.50 per hour.
- Minimum six-month temporary assignment with strong potential for extension.
