TLC Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Lifestyle/Wellbeing Assistant for Noble Manor in Noble Park. The role focuses on planning and delivering wellbeing programs to promote social connection, independence and quality of life for residents.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, 35 hours per week, 6 month fixed term, part time. You will work with the care team to support residents' emotional and cognitive wellbeing and participate in group activities.
