Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist

Skywhip is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.

We are looking for a creative and results-driven professional who has proven experience managing TikTok, Facebook and Xiaohongshu (RED). The successful candidate will be responsible for content creation, filming, editing, publishing and ongoing social media management to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies across TikTok, Facebook and Xiaohongshu (RED).
- Create, film and edit engaging short-form video content.
- Manage day-to-day social media operations and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Grow brand awareness, audience engagement and online presence.
- Manage Facebook business pages, communities and marketing activities.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimise content strategies based on results.
- Support marketing campaigns, brand promotions and public relations activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers,



online communities and business partners.

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience managing TikTok, Facebook and Xiaohongshu (RED) accounts.
- Strong video production and editing skills.
- Excellent understanding of social media trends, algorithms and audience growth strategies.
- Advanced knowledge of Facebook platforms and community management.
- Strong public relations, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and consistently manage social media operations.
- Creative mindset with solid attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
