Westpac Group is seeking a Fraud & Scams Officer within our digital stream, primarily in our Dharug/Paramatta contact centre. You will handle high volumes of calls, investigate suspicious activity and protect customers from fraud, while navigating multiple systems to take appropriate action.
You will support vulnerable customers with empathy, apply sound judgement, and collaborate with fraud specialists to prevent losses, delivering outcomes that balance risk and customer needs.
