The Opportunity
As an Experienced/Senior Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering strategic and operational transformation engagements while helping develop the next generation of consultants.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading workstreams on complex consulting engagements
- Structuring problems, conducting rigorous analysis and synthesising insights into explicit, executive-level recommendations
- Facilitating workshops and presenting findings to senior client stakeholders
- Supporting clients through implementation to ensure sustainable business outcomes
- Building trusted relationships with executives and operational leaders
- Coaching and mentoring junior consultants
- Supporting Partners and Managers in business development and proposal development
- Contributing to internal initiatives including recruitment, knowledge management, marketing and capability development
About You:
We're looking for exceptional consultants who combine analytical rigour with commercial acumen and a genuine passion for solving complex business problems.
You’ll ideally bring:
- 4+ years' management consulting experience with a leading consulting firm
- Experience delivering projects within industrial sectors such as Defence, Aerospace, Logistics, Energy, Utilities, Heavy Industry or Manufacturing
- A consistent track record of high performance and career progression
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and structured thinking skills including financial modelling
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience leading workstreams or project teams
- Bachelor's degree (MBA or postgraduate qualifications advantageous)
- A growth mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to a fast-growing consulting business
- Flexibility to travel across Australia as required
- Baseline or NV1 Security Clearance will be highly regarded.
