Staff 360 is recruiting experienced Tractor Drivers for a busy hay contracting operation spanning southern Queensland, NSW and Victoria this coming season, starting September 2026.
You will operate windrowers with mower conditioners, 300hp Massey Ferguson and Fendt tractors, Krone triple mower configurations, quad rakes and Krone BigPack HD balers. Expect 12–14 hour days, travel across sites, and accommodation provided at each location.
