Tumbulgum Tavern is seeking a casual/temporary Chef to join a brand new kitchen build and deliver pub classics with a modern bistro twist. You’ll work alongside a small, friendly team in a riverside setting, aiming for consistency and excellent tasting meals.
You should be trade-qualified (or Demi Chef working towards qualification) with solid experience in a busy pub/kitchen, able to work under pressure, and hold food safety certification. Casual hours with potential for full-time is offered.
