Experienced medical reception for a private psychiatry/psychology clinic

- Experience with Pracsoft and MedicalDirector (MD) – Essential
- Proficient in billing psychology and psychiatry consultations
- Salary Negotiable for some one who is already working in a Private PSYCHIATRY clinic
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work Independently and manage the schedule of 2–3 practitioners efficiently
- Days required - Mon (4 hours ), Tues (4 hrs), Thursday (4 hrs) and Friday ( 8 hours ) mainly & other days when needed at a short notice
- Able to cover leave period for other staff during DEC and JAN
- Reliable, organised, and confident working in a small clinical team

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the front desk: greeting clients, answering phone and email enquiries
- Book and manage appointments for psychologists and psychiatrists
- Perform accurate billing (including Medicare, private, and psychiatric item numbers)
- Handle referrals and correspondence efficiently
- Maintain smooth daily operations in a busy but low-traffic, appointment-based clinic
- Experience with Prascoft and MD use is an important criteria for short listing candidates
