In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape processes, influence operations, and help support the next exciting phase of the firm's growth.

The Role

- Managing the daily operations of the practice
- Reviewing, implementing and improving systems and processes
- Supporting, mentoring and developing administrative and support staff
- Working closely with senior leadership on operational initiatives
- Ensuring the office runs efficiently and continues to deliver exceptional client service
- Leading projects and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement




- Helping support the firm's ongoing growth and expansion

About You

- Previous experience managing operations within a law firm
- Robust leadership and people management skills
- The confidence to introduce new ideas and improve existing processes
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
