As the Manager, Executive Services, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Assistant Commissioner, Executive Manager Business Services and the broader regional leadership team.
You'll lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional executive and administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the execitive office.
From preparing high-level ministerial correspondence to managing sensitive issues and coordinating strategic initiatives, this role offers variety, challenge, and the opportunity to make a difference.
What You'll Do
Lead and mentor a team of administrative professionals to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Provide expert advice and prepare high-level ministerial briefs, reports, and correspondence.
Drive strategic planning, governance, and policy development to support organisational goals.
Manage sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address emerging issues and deliver innovative solutions.




Represent the Assistant Commissioner in meetings and ensure timely follow-up on actions and outcomes.
