We're on the lookout for reliable, energetic Casual Ops Crew to join our events team and help make it all happen behind the scenes.About the roleThis is a hands-on, on-the-ground role for people who like to stay busy and be part of the action.
You'll be helping set up, run, and pack down catering and event operations across a range of venues and events, no two shifts are quite the same.
It's a great prospect if you're after flexible, casual work with plenty of variety, travel and the chance to be part of some of the country's biggest live events.What you'll be doingAssisting with setup, prep,



and pack-down across event sitesSupporting service delivery to keep things running smoothlyRe-stocking and maintaining outlets and work areas to a high standardFollowing food safety and hygiene procedures at all timesWorking as part of a team, pitching in wherever you're needed on the dayFollowing directions from supervisors and team leaders to keep the shift on trackWhat you'll bringA positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck inAbility to work well in a fast-paced, team environmentReliability, turning up on time and ready to goSafe Food Handlers' Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)White Card (essential)Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays around major eventsPrevious hospitality or events experience is a bonus but not essential, we'll help you learn the ropesA sound understanding of operations and logisticsWillingness to travel, dependant on events calendar.Why GEMA?
