What you'll be doing:
Managing applications, leases, and renewals from start to finish
Coordinating maintenance and delivering solutions quickly




Conducting inspections and ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard
Overseeing bond processes and tenancy administration
Creating positive experiences for landlords and tenants through proactive communication
What we are looking for:
Current QLD Certificate of Registration (is essential to be considered for this role)
Minimum 2 years in Property Management
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
Excellent communication skills
A reliable, honest, and hardworking attitude
