We offer excellent products and great service which reflect our core values of:We are safeWe are familyWe are the easiest part of the customers dayAbout The RoleThe Trade Counter Sales role is the face of the NHS business when customers enter the premises.The role is responsible for ensuring informed and quality product advice is provided, while delivering industry‐leading customer service and maximising sales opportunities that meet NHS customer needs.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide customers with accurate product advice and practical building solutionsDeliver outstanding customer service and create a positive customer experience on every interactionProcess sales transactions, quotes, orders and payments accuratelyCoordinate customer special orders and ensure timely follow-upAssist customers with loading products safely and efficientlyMaintain merchandising standards and ensure products are presented professionallySupport inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stocktakes and general stock control activitiesLiaise with yard,
