There is a full-time role for FOH Manager that will see you play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional customer experience and overseeing the front of house operations of our busy catering business.What you'll be doing (Managers)Manage the daily operations of the front of house team, including scheduling, training and monitoring staff performanceEnsure consistently high standards of customer service and satisfactionCoordinate table reservations, greet and seat customers, and manage any customer queries or complaintsOversee the set-up, service and clearing of events and functionsAssist with the preparation and presentation of food and beverages as requiredMaintain a clean, safe and organised front of house environmentContribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve front of house operationsFunctions - Overseeing the functions & events within the catering department for the Drift Cafe & Restaurant.What you'll be doing (cafe staff)Cafe Food PrepBarista - Coffee MakingRunning food to the tablesCustomer ServiceCash handling and POS systemsCleaning and clearing tablesRestocking caddies & tables and polishing cutleryWhat we're looking forSignificant experience in a similar front of house management role within the hospitality industryExcellent customer service skills and the ability to lead and motivate a teamStrong organizational and problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth front of house operationsFlexible and adaptable to the changing needs of a busy catering businessFood handling and service certifications highly desirableWhat we offerAt On Point Catering Solutions, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work workplace for our team.
