About the role As a Team Leader in Lawn and Garden Maintenance at Todd's Landscape Maintenance, you will be responsible for leading a small team of one or two gardeners in delivering high-quality lawn and garden maintenance services to our clients.
This is a full-time role based in Cockburn, Western Australia servicing sites all around the metro area which are high quality commercial businesses, predominately in aged care.What you'll be doingSupervising and coordinating a small team of one or two gardeners to ensure efficient and effective service deliveryAssigning tasks to team members to meet client requirementsPerforming tasks alongside the team members to meet these client requirements and leading by exampleProviding hands-on support and guidance to the team, including demonstrating gardening and landscaping techniquesMonitoring the quality of work and providing feedback to team members to maintain high standardsLiaising with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with the services providedIdentifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing themMaintaining accurate records and reporting on team performance to managementWhat we're looking forProven experience in a team leader or supervisory role within the lawn and garden maintenance industryStrong knowledge of gardening and landscaping techniques, including mowing, edging, pruning,
