About the role
You'll delivershort term, capacity building programsto NDIS participants - primarily young adults - supporting them to build independence, social skills and/ or move towards employment or further education.
Your work may include:




Creating and delivering evidence-based, practical interventions for individuals and small groupsDocumenting participant progress and achievement towards goalsWriting NDIS reports and recommendationsWorking with participants, families, and support networksContributing ideas as we grow the serviceHours range from 3 hrs + per week and are versatile
This role is ideal if you want to focus onreal, everyday outcomesandenjoy being creative
About you
You'll bring:
A relevant Allied Health qualification and registration (AHPRA or equivalent registration)Experience in allied health (NDIS helpful, but not essential)Strong assessment, intervention, and report-writing skillsConfidence working with participants and stakeholdersExperience or interest in developing short therapeutic, capacity building programsA genuine interest in person-centred, strengths-based practice
