Plant/Heavy Vehicle Mechanics - Permanent Positions - Secure Long Term Contracts
Action Plant Service require experienced Plant Mechanics/Heavy Vehicle Mechanics for immediate start.
The duties will primarily include open cut mining equipment maintenance, repair and service work.
Highly competitive rates with additional Nightshift and Weekend rates.
Overtime regularly available.
12% Superannuation paid on all hours worked at full hourly rate.
All positions are Permanent Full Time Positions.

Plant Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle Certificate of Proficiency, or similar.




Certificate III level qualification in Plant Mechanic or Heavy Vehicle mechanics is required.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in plant or heavy vehicle mechanics is required.
Dedicated to Workplace Safety.
Ability to pass an Order 45 Coal Board Medical.
Valid Australian work visa or work rights are mandatory for this position.
Working at Heights (highly regarded).
MDG25 Certificate (highly regarded).
High Risk Work License, Dogging, Forklift, EWP (highly regarded).
First Aid (highly regarded).
Common equipment that we require experience on include; Cat *******, Cat D11-D10, Cat 24M-16M, Cat 992, Komatsu 830E - 930E, Hitachi, Liebherr and Komatsu Excavators and similar open cut mobile mining equipment.
The applicants must be experienced, highly motivated, heavy plant tradespersons and be able to work unsupervised at a very high level of competence.
