We're looking for someone who can lead people, work directly with clients, and use their horticultural expertise to improve and transform outdoor spaces.About the RoleYou'll be responsible for:Leading, mentoring and developing junior gardenersDriving and managing a company van between client sitesDelivering high-quality garden maintenance and landscaping projectsDiagnosing plant and lawn issues and recommending appropriate treatmentsIdentifying plant species and selecting suitable plants based on season, sunlight and landscape designMeeting with clients to discuss garden improvements, upgrades and ongoing maintenanceSourcing plants and materials for one-off projects and quotationsMaintaining gardening equipment and helping improve team processesWhat We're Looking ForQualification in HorticultureProven experience leading or supervising a gardening teamStrong horticultural knowledge, including plant identification, lawn care, pest management and chemical applicationPositive,
