The role offers flexible hours and the chance to write reports in your own time while delivering high-quality care.You will conduct comprehensive medication reviews, write detailed reports, and liaise with treating doctors within a supportive multi-disciplinary team.
Full AHPRA registration and AACP/HMR accreditation are required, with a commitment to patient safety and continuing education.
