Participants will receive personalised support to prepare for, secureand maintain meaningful employment.We are looking fora Post Placement/Ongoing SupportOfficer (Workplace Support Officer)in the Outer WesternSydney ESA to work across Mt Druitt, Blacktown and Seven Hills offices.About the jobsPost Placement/Ongoing Support Officers:Deliver intensive pre and post placement workplace supportfor early identification of job retention risk with the objective to ensure jobsustainability, including job shadowing, identification of skill development,assistance with induction and workplace modifications and coaching as requestedby the employer and participant.Buildpositive relationships with employers for brokering or sustainingemploymentEnsuringperformance benchmarks are achievedEnsurecompliance with National Standards for Disability Services, ISO*****:****/RFFR accreditation and other quality initiatives and compliancerequirementsAdhereto WHS policies, all Information Security and Privacy requirements,understand, and apply Deed and guideline requirementsSelection Criteria:Experiencein disability or employment services and/or an ability to build rapportwith people from diverse backgrounds specifically persons with adisability, injury or illnessPreferablyhold qualifications in Employment,
