Experience various teaching philosophies and open doors to potential permanent opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years in a safe, inclusive, and nurturing setting.Assist in implementing fun, play-based educational programs in line with the EYLF.Support permanent centre staff by seamlessly stepping in during busy periods, staff absences, or scheduled leave.Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.Maintain excellent supervision and adhere to National Quality Standards (NQS) and health and safety regulations.What We're Looking ForQualifications: Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or be actively studying an ACECQA-approved qualification)Compliance: A valid Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card) for paid employment.Certifications: Current food handling certificate and GECCKO National Child Safety Certificate (or a willingness to obtain them quickly).
Availability: Available at least 2 days per week, including availability forWork Rights: Valid, unrestricted working rights within Australia.Skills: Excellent communication, a proactive work ethic, and a genuine love for working with young children.
